Happy 10th birthday, Giovanni’s!

Saipan’s glitterati wended their way Friday night to the Hyatt Regency Saipan to party and celebrate the 10th anniversary of the enormously popular Giovanni’s Restaurant.

Guests were treated to a great evening of fun and an awesome array of delectable food and fine choices of wine, courtesy of the hotel’s top executives headed by general manager Michael von Siebenthal, Food and Beverage director Sam Cheng, executive chef Gabriel Colombo, executive pastry chef Tom La Pierre, and Giovanni Restaurant manager James Hopkins.

Entertaining the group were Club Elan Spa manager Faheem Ibrahim in a cobra-taming aficionado outfit, master piano player Bruno Dela Posa, and guest performer Allen Mijares.

Most attentive to guests were assistant F&B director Daryl Thong, May Flores, and the hotel’s many staff.
