The Dai-Ichi Hotel Saipan Beach treats Saipan with a thrilling experience this Halloween through its Haunted House, a structure designed to scare anyone’s nerves through its spooky effects.

Even before tonight’s Halloween celebration, the Haunted House already attracted more than 300 guests when it kicked off last night, according to Dai-Ichi’s general manager, Jackson Yang.

“Many of them were really scared,” Yang said. “It’s a big thrill, a thrilling experience.”

Yang said the Haunted House was built with the proper structure, partitions and mirror rooms inside it. The hotel temporarily converted a banquet room to be part of the Haunted House.

“We do this not to make profit. We’re looking at returning something to the community—a social event,” Yang said.

Entrance fee to the Haunted House is $5 per person. But those who avail of Dai-Ichi’s Halloween Buffet tonight would get free entrance to the Haunted House. The buffet only costs $20 for adults and $15 for kids. (John Ravelo)
