MVA awards employee of quarter

The Marianas Visitors Authority recently selected Jadene Villagomez as the recipient of its Employee of the Quarter award.
As the employee of the quarter, Villagomez received a certificate of recognition and $100.
Villagomez has been with the MVA for two years as a secretary for the Executive Division of MVA. Recently, she was promoted as the executive secretary to the Deputy Managing Director.
MVA said that Villagomez was awarded this recognition for her proven hard work in completing tasks and projects, her excellent camaraderie with her fellow employee and her pleasant and courteous attitude.
“Jadene is always in positive spirits,” said MVA’s acting managing director Martin Dueñas. “She always took the initiative to get things done and she is a great team player.”
In addition to her daily duties and responsibilities, Villagomez has also assisted other divisions with special projects and events. She assisted the Marketing Division by greeting incoming groups at the airport as part of the See My Marianas group campaigns. She also assists the Accounting Division with the processing of MVA contracts and Requests for Proposals and she is also actively involved in all employee events and socials.
MVA has always established an incentive for individual motivation towards providing quality service, increasing productivity, job knowledge and skills. The program recognizes outstanding performance and employee contribution toward meeting MVA’s goals and objectives.
