Like a baby whose first steps and first words are monumental events for any parent, so is the progressive development of a resort hotel that speaks of promise, from its humble beginnings during its acquisition to the epitome of luxury and elegance that is now the Fiesta Resort & SPA, Saipan.

This year, Fiesta Resort & Spa, Saipan turns one year old and the first year anniversary will be commemorated on Dec. 2. The hotel resort’s management will be celebrating the occasion with their guests and colleagues at the Fiesta Lobby, coinciding with a tree lighting ceremony, fireworks and listening to Christmas carols from the Fiesta Choir.

“We are proud to have gone through a roller coaster journey with our guests and co-workers in the past year as we were able to acquire enriching work experiences, camaraderie with our customers and colleagues and embark on challenging projects that we had to accomplish,” said the hotel’s management in a statement.

During its first year, Fiesta Resort & SPA, Saipan management completed a colossal undertaking with the culmination of various guest rooms, lobby and entry way renovations that created newly-appointed guest rooms, a well-lit lobby and an accessible stone-laden walkway from Paseo de Marianas to the hotel.

Fiesta also launched its Executive Floor that is the embodiment itself of elegance and luxury with personalized concierge services, executive lounge and conference room. Moreover, additional services and facilities were introduced for the guests’ enjoyment such as the well-equipped Fitness Center, fun Whimsy game room, Fiesta Souvenir shop, the convenient Kiosk at the lobby, and the Fiesta Haunted House.

Furthermore, Fiesta’s renowned food and beverage restaurants were given new names. The Chinese restaurant, showcasing Shanghainese cuisine, was renamed to “The Bund.” The Japanese restaurant was renamed the “Mai” restaurant and the creativity of the Engineering department was highlighted at the garden area where a fountain formed into a latte stone and fish pond were set to generate a relaxing and lush ambience. The coffee shop was renamed the “World Café,” presenting savory dishes from all over the world.

“The achievements that we have gained this past year or the success of our future plans for Fiesta would not be possible if not for our very supportive owners who have made the investment for us to provide improved products and services and our guests who continue to trust us with their hotel needs and requirements, making Fiesta Resort & SPA, Saipan their hotel of choice and their home away from home,” the hotel statement said.
