The Friends of the Arts’ Christmas musical “Scrooge” is this weekend.

Showtimes are Friday, Dec. 8, at 7:30pm; Saturday, Dec. 9, at 7:30pm; and Sunday, Dec. 10, at 3pm. Friday and Sunday performances are at the Pacific Islands Club.

Tickets are needed for groups of five or more, as seating capacity in Charley’s at PIC is limited. A number of school groups have expressed interest in attending, so people interested in watching can lock in their tickets now by calling Melody Actouka at 234-5498 Ext. 2005 or 235-1320 (leave a message with name/phone number/number of tickets requested). Tickets prices for Friday and Sunday are $10 per adult, $5 youth ages 11 and older; children ages 10 and under are free but MUST have a ticket to ensure that they have a seat.

The Saturday, Dec. 9, show is at Kagman Community Center. Admission is by donation—cash or canned/nonperishable goods—with all proceeds going to support Guma Esperanza, the Karidat shelter for victims of domestic violence. (PR)
