Acknowledgement of OPA response on SHEFA request

Dear Mr. Sablan:

This is to acknowledge the delivery of OPA’s April 28, 2008 letter and accompanying documents in response to SHEFA’s request for any and all pertinent information relative to OPA’s “review” of SHEFA.

The documents provided by OPA on April 28, 2008 would be a basis for SHEFA’s response to OPA’s “review” report issued last month.

SHEFA anticipates the completion of its own review and will submit its response to OPA by the end of the month.

Should we need additional time, we will request an extension at the appropriate time. Again, we want to thank you for your cooperation and for the opportunity to present SHEFA’s response.
