Five of the eight first drawing winners of Foremost Foods Saipan’s “Gotta lotta cases?” promo regularly buy Foremost Foods’ milk products by the case for their kids.

Erlinda Shimizu of Gualo Rai; Barbara Wesley of Finasisu; Novelyn Tenorio of Chinatown; Valerie Villagomez of Kagman; and Victor Silva of Chinatown said they always keep a supply of Foremost Foods’ UHT Milk and Reduced Fat Milk at home.

“I always buy Foremost milk,” Shimizu said, adding that she only had one coupon and hurriedly filled it out and dropped it in the drop box at Joeten Hafa Adai Supermarket where she bought a case because of other things she had to do that day. She said she wasn’t expecting to win. “I’m so very happy. This is my first time to win in a raffle promo,” she said.

Shimizu, who has a two-year-old son named Cody, won a barbecue grill.

Wesley, for her part, said she always buys Foremost milk for her grandchildren. “Every week, we buy Foremost milk,” she said, adding that she got her coupon from Happy Market in As Lito where she bought the milk. Wesley, who won a microwave oven, said she’ll give her prize to her son.

Tenorio, another winner who works as executive secretary to Office of Aging director Howard Macaranas, said she bought two cases of Foremost Foods milk at Joeten Hafa Adai Supermarket, which she usually does. “I regularly buy Foremost milk. This is the first time I won in a raffle. It feels good,” Tenorio said, adding that she donated her prize—a blender—to the Office of Aging.

Villagomez said she entered approximately 15 coupons. The winner of a convection oven with rotisserie, Villagomez likewise said she regularly buys Foremost Foods milk products. “It feels good to buy Foremost milk and win as well,” she said.

Silva, also a winner, said he always buys Foremost Foods’ milk for his two-year-old son, Vince. “I buy around five cases a month for my boy,” Silva said. He won a rice cooker.

The five were awarded their prizes at the Foremost Foods office in Chalan Lau Lau on May 21. The three other winners were Vanny Andonius, who won a bread toaster; Olive Stewart who received a pressure cooker; and Joey Paranada, who got a cookware set.

Foremost Foods’ “Gotta lotta cases?” promo runs from April 16 to July 5, 2008. The second raffle drawing, which will be held to pick the single winner of the “Baby Grand Prize,” is scheduled for May 30, 2008. The Baby Grand Prize package includes rice cooker, microwave oven, bread toaster, blender, food processor, pressure cooker, cookware set, barbecue grill, a dinnerware set, a convection oven with rotisserie, and a waffle maker.

A customer will receive an entry form for every purchase of six 1-qt cartons of Foremost UHT Reduced Fat and/or Full Cream milk. To qualify for the second drawing, entry forms must be received not later than July 5, 2008. See drop boxes for promo rules.
