Jaymar Torres and Monico Usi ruled the bartending competition held during the final night of the Taste of the Marianas on Saturday night.
Torres was declared the Battle of the Champions winner, while Usi was named the Malibu Coconut Rum Challenge novice category champion.
The competition, hosted by the Northern Marianas Bartenders Association, drew bartenders from the island’s bars and restaurants and a couple of guest performances by the champion bartenders of the Flair Bar in Garapan.
