NMC, CDA host free time management workshop

In collaboration with the Commonwealth Development Authority, the Northern Marianas College will be hosting a free Time Management Workshop on June 12, 2008 from 8am to 12pm at Room 215 in Building V at the NMC Campus in As Terlaje Facilitating this free workshop will be Rik Villegas, a business instructor at the college.
-By attending this workshop, participants will be able to do the following: Understand the value of time and the natural laws that govern effective time management;
-Use the Productivity Pyramid to align values and long-term goals with daily tasks;
-Use a time management matrix to quickly distinguish time-wasters from high-priority items;
-Implement the 80/20 principle to focus on high-value items that produce results;
-Create a personal time management system to improve efficiency and effectiveness; and
-Implement the six steps to better time management and high-output work performance.
