PTI launches Push-to-Talk for residential customers
PTI, CNMI’s wireless leader in communication and technology, introduces its newest Push-to-Talk wireless plan. Originally offered only to its business clientele, Push-to-Talk is now available for residential subscribers.
Push-to-Talk is a software technology for mobile phones that is designed to let you use your phone in real-time, direct one-to-one or one-to-many voice communication. PTI has several push-to-talk phones from which to choose, including the hip Motorola w385, the sleek Motorola L7 Sliver, and the ever-popular Motorola Razor v9.
“PTI continues to strengthen its products by offering more features and savings for an individual or family,” said PTI regional marketing manager Kathryn Barry. “Even more exciting, our regional home coverage advantage will allow our customers to use push-to-talk in Tinian, Rota, and Guam without any additional cost.”
Customers who sign up for Push-to-Talk will receive value added features such as Unlimited Push-to-Talk Radio, Free Unlimited PTI Wave WAP, and Free Unlimited Internet access. This offers a tremendous cost savings, especially if a customer is adding multiple users on one single account plan.
Customers may also choose to add on a calling plan or purchase a prepaid card if they want to use the phone features for local or long distance calls. (PTI)
