John Rebuenog defeated Jordan Kossam in the scorecard tiebreak to rule the Refaluwasch Golf Association November Ace qualifying tournament held Sunday at the Marianas Country Club in Marpi.

Rebuenog and Kossam shot identical net scores of 69, but the former’s net 33 on the front nine gave him the victory. If Rebuenog’s score is unbeaten in RGA’s next tournament, he gets to keep the November title.

The 24-handicapper Rebuenog drilled a 45 and 48 on the front and back nines for a gross 93, while the 15-handicapper Kossam had a 44 on the front and 40 on the back for a gross 84.
