CNMISA island-wide fast-pitch opens Feb. 18

The 2009 season of Men’s Island Wide Fast-Pitch Softball League will kick-off on Feb. 18, the CNMI Softball Association announced yesterday.

CNMISA said it is inviting team managers and interested individuals to join this year’s tournament.

Instead of Jan. 31, the deadline of fees and completion of pertinent documents had been extended until Feb. 12.

As had been agreed upon during the previous meeting, NMISA said there would be a mandatory meeting of team managers and other interested participants on Feb. 12, starting at 5:30pm at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium conference room.
