IT&E unveils new corporate look in Guam
Attending the ceremony were Monsignor James Benavente who offered the blessing, as well as first lady Joanne Camacho, House Speaker Judy Won Pat, Sen. James Espaldon, Sumitomo Corp. representative Rick Umeda, IT&E president and CEO Jose Ricardo Delgado and PTI chair Ricardo C. Delgado. This is the second of four planned wireless outlet renovations and includes the recently opened Wireless Express Center at the Macheche Plaza.
The unveiling of IT&E’s new corporate look is part of the company’s commitment to continuous improvement.
“Our goal to it give our customers a good shopping experience by allowing them a place where they can ask questions, touch the product and quickly activate the phone or EVDO modem of their choice, with a plan that is right for them,” said IT&E president Delgado.
“With the rollout of EVDO high speed data for IT&E wireless phones, customers need to become more familiar with the capabilities of their wireless phones. Enhancing the look and feel of our retail outlets complements and fulfills this need,” Delgado said. “We are pleased to have completed this renovation and we continue to move forward with our plans for our Micronesia mall renovation, slated for completion in May.”
Besides selling wireless products and services, the Agana Shopping Center outlet gives customers the convenience and flexibility of making bill payments and wireless product purchases, seven days a week. The Agana location is particularly convenient for customers based in the central and Southern portions of the island.
The ASC outlet is open from Monday through Sunday from 10am until 8pm, except on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
