The Friends of the Arts is holding a dinner concert for lovers tomorrow, Feb. 14, at the Charley’s Bar of the Pacific Islands Club.

Susan Fishman, one of the organizers, said the event would be a night of fine dining and romantic music featuring over 20 songs from 26 performers and accompaniments.

She assured that this would be a unique and special experience that cannot be found anywhere else.

“It would be a night of Broadway romance in music for you and that special person in your life,” she said.

The singers are Aiza Mendoza, Andrea Stafford, Dowen Jocson, Ingrid Sanchez, Joan Liwanag, Kerby Uhl, Leila Staffler, Megan McCollum, Naomi Benjamin, Ronalyn Bautista, Roseanna Sablan, Victoria Lee Brown, Dave Bucher, Jacob Conner, Leo Goode, Paul Dujua, Roland Arii, Skylar Brown and Tommy Baik.

Providing the accompaniment are Atsuko Eck, Casey Conner, Collin Fruit, Dave Bucher, Helen Ann Bucher, Ruth Fruit, Ted Parker and Will Dewitt.

The show is produced by Chuck Sayon and Paul Dujua is the musical director.

Along with the musical entertainment, intimate and superb champagne and fine-cuisine Valentine’s Day menu will be served at a cost of $75 for non-FOA members and $60 for members—with the chance to win a one-night stay at the PIC.

Fishman said the show will also have comic interlude.

Seating will be reserved in advance and will offer two-person and four-person tables.

“Lovers can spend a romantic evening at the cabaret and gourmet candle-lit dinner, Fishman said.

Dinner will be served beginning at 6:30pm and the program will begin at 7:30pm.

There will also be a repeat performance on Sunday, Feb. 15, that includes the Magellan buffet at a cost of $35 per person for non-FOA members and $30 for members and $20 for children.
