“They wanted to share with everyone the pristine and beautiful beaches and sights of Rota, they also planted a coconut tree as part of their way of respecting nature as well as asked everyone to continue to preserve the flora and fauna of Rota. They said their visit to Rota has been an adventure they won’t easily forget. Gachapin and Mukku also thanked the many students and children that welcomed them,” said Marciano.
Gachapin and Mukku also danced the night away at the Chamorro Village under the stars and were invited to the San Isidro Fiesta to celebrate with everyone in Sinapalo.
Marciano said Gachapin and Mukku vowed to return to the CNMI’s northernmost part in August to take part in another adventure tour of Rota.
