‘Arts at the Museum’ calls for vendors
The NMI Museum of History and Culture is hosting “Art at the Museum” every Saturday throughout the year. The goal of the activity is to provide for a common space for an “art in the park” type of event for resident artists. The “Arts at the Museum” is open to all artists residing in the CNMI. Artists should visit the Museum to register for the event. Same day walk-in registrations will also be permitted.
In addition to the invitation to artists, the Museum is seeking interested food and beverage vendors for the weekly event. In particular, the Museum would like to invite non-profit groups who are fundraising to utilize the activity. At this point, one food and beverage vendor will be permitted to sell on the grounds during the activity. All interested vendors should visit the Museum, located across from the Sugar King Park, to register.
The “Arts at the Museum” will take place every Saturday, from 9am to 2pm on the grounds of the NMI Museum of History and Culture. The event is free to the public and everyone is invited. For more information, contact the Museum at telephone 664-2160. (PR)
