Burglary at trades institute

Crime Stoppers is seeking the community’s assistance for information on a burglary and theft incident that occurred at the Northern Marianas Trades Institute in Lower Base.

On Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at approximately 7:30am, Police were notified about the burglary that occurred overnight. The suspect(s) gained entry to the warehouse by climbing through an opening in the roof.

The items stolen include three overhead projectors (Epson/Optima brand), two blue Acer laptops, one 3-gigabyte Galaxy Tab, eight Dewalt 220-volt electric drills, and one Dewalt jackhammer. The items stolen are estimated to be at over $6,000 in value.
