Continental Micronesia participated anew in the 12th annual International Travel Fair this past weekend at the Taipei World Trade Center in Taipei, Taiwan.

The event is Taiwan’s premiere travel trade show and Continental has been an active participant since the show’s inception.

Representatives from Continental Micronesia, the Guam Visitors Bureau, Marianas Visitors Authority and several visitor industry partners promoted Guam and the Marianas at the trade show, which ended Nov. 21.

Continental this month introduced new, non-stop service between Taipei and Saipan. The airline also operates between Taipei and Guam. Continental’s Taipei sales office continues to work with travel and trade professionals in Taipei to promote Guam and the CNMI.

“We’re delighted work alongside the GVB, MVA and our partners, to showcase the beauty of Guam and the CNMI to show goers, and to increase visitor arrivals to the islands,” said CMI staff vice president of sales and marketing Walter B. Dias, who is part of the delegation from Guam and Saipan. (PR)
