[B]Chacha Ocean View sets Open House[/B]
The Chacha Ocean View Jr. High School will having an Open House on Thursday, Nov. 20, from 2pm to 4pm, to distribute 1st Quarter report cards. This day will be half-day for students. They will be released at 12:15pm. For more information, call 237-3921 or 664-4100. (PR)
[B]Open House at Hopwood[/B]Hopwood Jr. High School’s Report Card Day/Open House will be this Friday, Nov. 21, from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. Report cards will be picked up from student homerooms. Students will be released at 1pm. (PR)
The Carolinian Affairs Office, in cooperation with the Refaluwasch Genealogy Society, is seeking proposals for the development and operation of a cultural show to include Carolinian culture at the Carolinian utt in Garapan. Interested tourism vendors are invited to attend a meeting on Dec. 5, 2008 at 3pm at CAO to discuss requirements. For more information, contact CAO at (670) 234-6385.
[B]KHS calendar of activities[/B]The following is the calendar of activities for Kagman High School:
-KHS Report Card Day: This is inform all parents and guardians of Kagman High School students that the 1st quarter report card for school year 2008-2009 is set for Thursday, Nov. 20, from 4pm to 6pm. Report cards will be distributed to the students during their 1st period class. Please go to your child’s 1st period classroom.
-KHS PTSA meeting: All parents and guardians are informed of the November PTSA meeting set for Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008 at Kagman High School, from 6pm to 7pm.

To all parents and guardians of Saipan Southern High School students: There will be a PTA meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 6pm in the cafeteria. Also, report cards will be issued from 4pm to 7pm in the Counseling Office. All students will be dismissed at 1pm. (PR)
[B]Holiday Artists Sale reservations[/B]Spaces are beginning to fill up for the 4th Annual Holiday Artists Sale, which will be held at the Multi-purpose Center on Nov. 29-30. Those who would like to participate may reserve space by contacting Katharyn Tuten-Puckett (tutenpuckett@yahoo.com) or Jeanne Rayphand (jeanneesq@yahoo.com).
