The Northern Marianas College will administer an additional Math Placement Test today from 5.30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Room A-5.

“Opening this extra Math Placement Test session is necessary due to the high number of new students enrolling for the Fall 2000 Semester,” said Dr. John Sherbo, department chair for the Sciences and Mathematics Program.

The placement test is a requirement for all new students who are pursuing a certificate or degree program and helps academic advisors to place students at the appropriate level of study.

NMC would like to remind all interested individuals that there is still time to register for the Fall 2000 Semester classes.
Registration continues for ongoing and new students today and tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The lone post-secondary institution offers two-year associate degrees in Liberal Arts, Business Administration in four different specialization areas, Education, Nursing, Hospitality Management, and many other exciting occupational areas.

For further information, please contact Dr. John Sherbo at 234-5498, Extension 1200.
