Continental Airlines announces the relocation and expansion of its Majuro City Ticket Office. The new facility is located at the Payless Shopping Center, directly across from the Republic of the Marshall Islands government offices.

The new facility is twice the size of the old CTO. The larger location has enabled Continental to double its counter positions to four, which will shorten wait times for customers needing assistance with reservations, ticketing and OnePass inquiries. In addition, Continental’s Majuro City Manager’s office has relocated from the airport to the CTO to assist in customer service issues.

Moving and expanding the Majuro CTO demonstrates Continental’s continued commitment of service to the Marshalls, said Mark A. Erwin, Continental Micronesia president and chief executive officer.

“We pride ourselves on superior customer service and convenience, and we are pleased to open the doors and welcome our customers to this beautiful new office,” he said.

Hours of operation at the new CTO are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to noon and 1pm to 4:30pm. Office telephone number is 625-3209/3052 and fax number is 625-8924.
