Saipan Garment Manufacturer’s Association has been a supporter of the Red Cross for many years as a donor for the Club 200 event, as a health and safety services customer training their staff in CPR and first aid and finally as a donor for the Walkathon event.

While the Walkathon finished nearly a month ago, the shirts are still new to the over 770 participants that joined the event and thanks to SGMA Red Cross was able to provide all the participants with a T-shirt.

“The Walkathon event depends so much on the major donors such as SGMA that provide the support items to ensure that all the collections from the walkers are able to be used for services and for the work of the Red Cross,” said executive director Cassandra Ely.
“We appreciate and thank SGMA for their continued support and we look forward to an ongoing relationship with them.”
