The Department of Public Safety’s Traffic Section will be conducting Child Restraint Fitting Stations and a Checkup Event today and next Saturday to demonstrate the proper installation of child restraint seats on cars.

The first Fitting Station will be set up today at the Kagman Fire Station. This operation will start at about 10am and will end at about noon.

The next Fitting Station will be at the Garapan Fire Station. This operation will start at 4pm and will be terminated at about 6pm.

All parents and caregivers of children ages 0-8 years old are encouraged to bring their child restraint seats (carseats) to this event as it is very beneficial to children. Technicians will be demonstrating the proper installation of child restraints.
