There’s a quote by Margaret Counsins that we would like to share with you: “Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary.”
With that said, we are writing this letter to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the professional and kind services we received from your staff, most especially Ms. Bing Chavez. The experience we encountered while placing an advertisement for the “Death and Funeral Announcement” of our grandmother, †Florencia Kaipat Seman, (who was called to her eternal rest on Feb. 26, 2005) was neither burdensome nor complicated.
We are overwhelmed with grief and sorrow for our loss, and relief indeed for the utmost courtesy and excellent customer service we received from your office. Our visit was handled professionally by your well-trained staff and commend Ms. Chavez for all her help.
Again, we cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and kindness. As satisfied customers, we wish your business continued success, and look forward to doing business with you again.
