Calling all musicians, chefs, sculptors, filmmakers, painters, poets, fashion designers, actors…in short, calling all artists and wannabe artists. Here’s the chance you’ve been waiting for—the CNMI’s first ever EcoArts Fest, hosted by DEQ and numerous partners and volunteers. From July 29-31, you’ll get the chance to show off your work, win fabulous cash and prizes, and contribute to environmental awareness, all at the same time!

The EcoArts Fest will feature a Battle of the Bands, a Recycle Wear fashion show, a Cook-a-Rainbow Challenge, a Visual Arts Gallery and Sculpture Park, a Film Festival, Poetry Slam and an original Oratory Competition. There are prizes available for all of the festivities, so get your creative juices flowing, and register now to compete! For those of you who don’t plan on entering contests, make sure to set aside July 29-31 on your calendar, and come down to American Memorial Park to check out the action. There will be food and entertainment, fun for the whole family!
