Verizon Star Cruizer at 99 Cents

This Saturday and Sunday, the Verizon Star Cruizer will be at the 99 Cent Super Market in Garapan displaying great prepaid phones and Verizon phone cards to customers who do not have the convenience of visiting the customer service on middle road during regular working hours.
The Star Cruizer will be there from 10am until 2pm, featuring the popular Modottel WCE-100 for just $39.99 along with the island’s favorite cell phone, the Nokia 3585i for just $59.99.
Both kits include a free $10 prepaid calling card, a leather case and a car charger while supplies last.
“The Nokia 3585i is ideal for people who are looking for a phone that is easy to send and receive text messaging as well as for people who are looking for a phone that has great reception during talk time,” said Verizon product manager Hans Mickelson. He adds that the phone has large keypads, which makes it easy to use and with Verizon’s quality service, customers will get clear reception throughout the island.
Another great choice to get this weekend is the Modottel WCE-100. It is a popular phone that has a sophisticated look because of it’s compact size. This phone also has text messaging capabilities and is great for both students and business people who want a phone that can easily fit into any pocket or purse.
The Verizon Star Cruizer will also display the different long distance and cellular prepaid cards.
Concurrently, Verizon has a promotion going for their long distance cards in which a winner and a guest will be flown to the Philippines and stay at a luxurious hotel, said Carlene Reyes-Tenorio, the marketing coordinator/communications/public relations at Verizon. She said that in order to qualify for the Verizon Vacation Giveaway, customers must purchase a $10 long distance card, fill out the entry form, and drop it at any Shell gas station on island or at the Verizon customer service centers on Saipan, Rota, and Tinian. The winner will then be announced on July 4 at the carnival grounds.
