PIC recognizes its July employees of the month

Pacific Islands Club Saipan honors its outstanding employees for July and congratulates them for their exceptional efforts and dedication to the PIC team.
Yulia “Julia” Aleksenko was awarded July’s Front of the House Employee of the Month. She was hired in December 2004 and works closely with the Food & Beverage and Guest Relations Departments. Aleksenko is always willing to help others with anything that concerns the Russian market. She works tirelessly and looks for ways to improve the quality of services for PIC’s guests. In her few months at PIC, Aleksenko has quickly adapted to the PIC culture and has been pouring much of her time, effort, and skills to the success of the operations.
Rolando “Olan” Cruz was awarded July’s Heart of the House Employee of the Month. Employed by PIC since August 1998 as a cook in the Culinary Department, Cruz was also recognized as Employee of the Month in April 2003. Cruz displays a strong dedication and commitment to excellence. He is hardworking and strives to improve the quality of the Galley Restaurant. Cruz demonstrates teamwork by supporting his fellow co-workers and managers. He remains a consistently high achiever, producing enjoyable cuisine for PIC’s worldly guests. (PR)
