For All Parts Inc. general manager James Ripple, serving customers as quickly and professionally as possible is a must in a successful business.

“Our strongest product is customer service,” Ripple said. “What really makes the products sell is giving customers the proper courtesy and respect they deserve.”

Ripple’s company, which holds a franchise of Carquest Auto Parts, first opened its doors on June 26, 2005 across the main U.S. Postal Service in Chalan Kanoa. The store has brought to Saipan a large line of quality products of one of the leading auto parts distributors in the nation.

Tomorrow, Carquest Auto Parts celebrates an extraordinary first year on Saipan by holding a customer appreciation sale, its biggest event of the year.

“It’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ to everyone who has helped us in our first year of business,” Ripple said. “We want to give something back to the community for their patronage and support.”

Products will be sold at discounted prices throughout the day from 8:30am to 6pm tomorrow, Saturday, Aug. 20, 2005.

Carquest Auto Parts exclusively retails its own brand of auto parts, Alco tools and Danaher professional tools, as well as Oshkosh trucks. It also retails the finest lawn and garden equipment, such as Echo brand commercial units, which include brush cutters, chainsaws, blowers and more.

Ripple also said the store carries new products that are rarely seen at any other store on the island. These products include lifting equipment, grinders, engine cranes, telescopic transmission jacks and more.

Ripple also thanked his staff of seven for using strong teamwork and excellent communication skills to serve Carquest Auto Parts customers in a professional and efficient manner. One of the company’s employees, Berry (Perry) H. Oloday, has excellent grasp in the automotive industry gained through his many years of professional experience as one of the top parts counterman in the business. His elite skills enable him to get you what you need when you need it.

Carquest Auto Parts opens daily from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm; on Fridays, from 8am to 7pm; and on Saturdays, from 8:30am to 6pm.

Ripple explained that extended store hours on Friday makes it convenient for Carquest Auto Parts customers to get what they need for Saturday chores so that they may complete their work early enough to hit the beach for some well-deserved quality family time, because family is the most important thing.
