The Attorney General’s Office has filed criminal charges against a man for allegedly employing at least four illegal aliens earlier this year.

The AGO recently lodged a criminal complaint against 41-year-old Adonis Santos of Auto Marine Inc. at the Superior Court. Santos faces four charges of employment of illegal aliens.

Assistant attorney general Ian Catlett accused Santos of employing at least four aliens between Jan. 3 to Feb. 14, 2005 despite knowing that the workers did not have lawful documentation or authority to be employed in the CNMI.

Catlett said the aliens included Rolando Senoran, Augusto Santos, Normandy Santos, and Benjamin Santos. (John Ravelo)
