The young guns of Toyota Camry were cruising Wednesday evening and handed newcomer Capitol Hill Breeze a 77-39 loss during the ongoing Saipan Rotary Summer Youth Basketball League at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.

The more experienced Toyota team had no trouble getting ahead of their younger counterparts and quickly took control of the bout courtesy of a well-balanced attack .

Nine Toyota cagers managed to punch in at least a bucket in the opening half, with Aitau Barcinas leading the way with 10 points to spark a 46-17 run in the first 20 minutes.

Barcinas and company continued to have their way in the second half and had no trouble closing the game.

The only bright spot for Breeze in the game were the performances of Jesse Villanueva and Syl Tellei, who did their best in trying to put points on the board for their team.

Barcinas led Toyota with a game-high 18 points, while Jayvon Tarkong and Jeff Deleon Guerrero supported him with 12 and 11 points.

Villanueva and Tellei paced Breeze with 13 and 10 points.
