SVES PTA MEETING SET
Attention to parents, guardians, and family members of San Vicente Elementary School students: The San Vicente Elementary School Parents Teachers Association meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, at 6pm in the cafeteria.
Issues to be discussed are the school’s impending needs and its upcoming “Canary Family Festival” to be held on April 8, 2006. Please join us on Thursday and thank you for your continuing support.
If you would like to discuss any issues with the school, call the school at 664-3981 or email at sanvicenteschool@gmail.com. Get online updates at http://sanvicentepta.blogspot.com/.
To assist SVES with its dwindling operational cost, the PTA and the school will be having a festival to celebrate the Spring Break and raise funds to procure air conditioners for at least four classrooms that are without one and other maintenance needs.
The Canary Family Festival will be held on April 8, 2006, from 9am to 4pm. “This event is a fundraising event for our school. Please come out and support our students by joining us for this annual family fun day,” said David Dlg. Atalig, SVES PTA vice president.
The school expects all of its 765 students and about 1,000 other community members to participate on this day. All proceeds from this event will go to support the SVES operational and maintenance cost.
