SHRM workshop today
The Society for Human Resource Management has invited members of the Community Guidance Center, Marianas Health Services, Department of Public Safety, and the Northern Marianas Protection & Advocacy Systems Inc. to conduct a ROPES: Teambuilding Workshop for the CNMI Chapter’s Annual SHRM Conference today.
The Rugged Outdoor Physical Experiential Systems training will be packed with activities focusing on communication, problem solving, leadership, trust, and teambuilding. Participants are recommended to wear casual attire or loose fitting clothing and tennis shoes for the activities.
The activity will be held today, Oct. 18, from 8am to 4pm at the Charley’s Cabaret of the Pacific Islands Club Saipan. It will cost $30 for SHRM members and $35 non-SHRM members (includes lunch and presentation materials.

All SHRM members and are urged to join their peers for this current and informative conference. Non-members in the business community, whether owners, managers or human resource professionals, are invited to learn more about the Society and to improve their human resource knowledge through the program.
The CNMI Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management is the Commonwealth’s foremost professional forum for discussion and training in Human Resource matters. Recognized as a Superior Merit Chapter, the CNMI branch is composed of human resource professionals from a variety of industries, large and small, who recognize a need for a local society for professionals in the human resources field.
