Saipan package brochures from R&C Tours, Nippon Travel Agency (NTA), HIS and Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT) were distributed during the event in an effort to get visitors to book their trip to the CNMI.

In addition, the following activities took place to promote the CNMI during the event:

* Saipan-da photo opportunities;
* A local dance performance;
* A cultural craft display that consisted of coconut weaving; and
* An additional cultural craft demonstration that showcased bead making.

More than 15,000 people attended the event over the weekend. This event was open to the public. (MVA)
