The Philippine Consulate General’s Overseas Workers Welfare Administration is reminding all overseas Filipino workers of tomorrow’s free health screening.

The health screening will be held at the Philippine Overseas Labor Office at the Marianas Business Center, formerly known as the Nauru Building, in Susupe.

OWWA welfare officer Leonor Mabagal said a free vision check-up would be conducted as part of the health screening, courtesy of the Hardt Eye Clinic. Mabagal said she is very thankful for the generosity extended by the private clinic to help Filipino workers in the Commonwealth.

She said the health screening would be held from 9am to 12noon. A team of volunteers and health professionals will conduct the health screening.

OWWA said those who would like to have their blood sugar tested must refrain from eating and drinking any fluids from midnight of Dec. 2 until the time of their scheduled check-up the following day.

The health screening for the CNMI’s Filipino workers is usually held every quarter of the year.
