Public hearing on Rota

The House Committee on Health, Education & Welfare will conduct a public hearing to receive testimonies for House Bill No. 16-9, HIS, titled, “Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation Act of 200” and House Bill No. 16-47, entitled, Smoke Free Air Act of 2008.”
The public hearing is scheduled on Friday, June 6, at 6:30pm at the Rota Round House.
Copies of the bill may be obtained from the following places:
– Rota Superior Court, see Winefreda Dlg. Mendiola
– Request to the Office of Representative Ralph Dlg. Torres
– If you have access to an Internet, do a Google search on “cnmieg.gov.mp” and download the specific legislation.

Members of the general public are encouraged to submit written testimony on or before the public hearing. Oral testimony will be received during the public hearing. To submit written testimony prior to the public hearing, drop-off or fax to the Office of Representative Ralph DLG. (664-8926) or may be mailed to P.O.Box 500586 Saipan, MP 96950.
