From the Flair Bar, two special guests will have a 10-minute exhibition performance at the Taste of the Marianas during the Marianas Bartenders Cocktail Competition tomorrow night.

Hwang Kyungrok, also known as Champ, is the owner of The Flair and is well known for his consummate skill in spinning and juggling bottles and for mixing drinks. He has been bartender since 2000.

“We can have an exhibition using five bottles at the most,” said Champ.

Champ was ranked third in the 2004 Gold Shake Cup and a 2005 Bar Wars pro-round champion.

Chally No, a long time friend of Champ, is the Flair’s other bartender, joining the bar in December 2007.

Chally is a 2007 Hollywood 2nd place Bartenders Cocktail Competition in Guam and also 2007 Korea Bartenders Cocktail competition champion.

Lito Espino, event organizer, invited them to the bartending competition as special guests.
