Nagoya TV will be filming a program called “Wayaya Aha!” on Saipan from June 8 to 11. This TV program usually features new trends and information, including travel, food, fashion, cooking, new products, movies and fortune telling. There is a popular giveaway corner in the program that viewers can participate in with their cellular phones.

Some 232,371 households subscribe to Nagoya TV with a target audience of males and females in the 20-60 age groups. The program will air on June 21 from 10:55am to 11:45am. The estimated exposure value is $152,380.

The TV crew will film local tourist attractions including Managaha, Mt. Tapochao, the Grotto and Banzai Cliff. They will also be filming in Garapan. Hotels participating in the filming include Pacific Islands Club, Hyatt Regency and Fiesta Resort & Spa.

“Nagoya is an important inbound market for the CNMI from Japan,” said MVA managing director Perry Tenorio. “We look forward to having the island of Saipan featured on Nagoya TV later this month.” (MVA)
