HAGÅTÑA, Guam—First Hawaiian Bank is warning the public and its customers to be on the lookout for a fraudulent email which asks the recipient to provide personal financial information in order to receive a tax refund. This email was not issued by First Hawaiian Bank. The bank does not issue tax refunds, it said.
