OFWs told to renew OWWA memberships

Overseas Filipino workers with legal work status in the CNMI should renew their Overseas Workers Welfare Administration memberships soon and remember to pay the annual $25 fee

Those who have failed to renew in previous years are not required to pay retroactive fees.

OWWA members are entitled to benefits and services like life insurance coverage (inclusive of burial benefit), natural death insurance ($2,689), accidental death insurance ($4,930), disability and dismemberment benefits, total disability benefits, education and training benefits, social services, family welfare assistance and on-site services.
