Foremost Crystal Clear earns bottled water certification
And 2008 was no different.
Foremost Foods, Inc., once again received certification from NSF International, an independent third-party agency, assuring Crystal Clear bottled water meets or exceeds applicable government standards.
Michigan-based NSF International checks for product quality, proper labeling, taste, and chemical make-up of products before it distinguishes it as meeting USFDA standards for safety and quality. The organization is backed by a team of 1,000 professionals dedicated to public health and safety operating in more than 85 countries around the world to support auditing, testing, training and standard setting.
“We have always stood behind our Foremost products, and our continued certification by NSF is just another confirmation that we can do that,” said Ernest Mak, director of operations for Coca-Cola Beverage Co. (Guam)/Foremost Foods, Inc. “Because of our consistent renewal by NSF for Bottled Water Certification, consumers and retailers can be confident they are getting the best quality water on Guam.”
Foremost Foods, Inc. has been a part of Guam’s community for more than 50 years. The company, whose name was originally introduced in 1961, has packaged delicious products straight from the factory for island homes since 1950. Currently more than 90 products are “Packed With Local Pride.” (PR)
