[B]Sr. Remedios PTA meeting[/B]

The Sister Remedios Early Childhood Development Center will have a PTA meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2009, at 6pm in the school cafeteria. [B][I](PR)[/I][/B] [B]Pale’ Luis de Medina Council sets meeting[/B]

All member knights of the Pale’ Luis de Medina Council No. 11969 are invited to the first organizational general assembly council meeting on March 10, 2009, 7pm, at the San Vicente Church Social Hall.

Grand Knight Jim Ripple Jr. said the meeting’s agenda includes reorganizing the council, introducing current and newest Brother Knights, the monthly council membership dues collection to the National Supreme Council, and deciding what fraternal services the council will provide to the community as a respected local, national, and international fraternal and volunteer Catholic organization.

[/I][/B] [B]Live fire training on Farallon[/B]

The U.S. military would be conducting live fire releases on the island of Farallon de Mendenilla on March 2 – 5, 2009, from 8am to 10pm. The general location of this activity will be on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla training area (R7201) on a 10 nautical mile radius on all quadrants.

Due to the danger imposed by this activity, the Emergency Management Office is strongly advising the general public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—to stay away from this area during the time and date indicated.
