Live fire releases at FDM set

The Emergency Management Office in conjunction with U.S. Naval Forces Marianas (N3) Guam would like to inform the public that the U.S. Military Unit would be conducting Live Fire Releases CVW-9/13EBS on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla. The schedule dates and time are as follow:
* March 27-31, 2009 from 8am-3am Live Fire Releases CVW-9.
* April 1-3, 2009 from 8am-3am Live Fire Releases 13EBS.
The general locations of this activity will be on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla Training Area (R7201) a (10) nautical mile radius on all quadrants. Due to the danger imposed by this activity, Gov. Benigno R. Fitial is advising the general public especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators to stay away from this area during the time and dates indicated.
