While Cyber spies have been speculated of penetrating U.S. Electrical Grid the two of you our highest elected Officials representing our homeland are still begging for the inclusion of the Russian and China markets.

Speculations or not we are all at risk. There is a reason that DEFENSE was the primary issue when U.S. Congress passed Public Law 110-229. If this kinds of reports do not alarm any of you then you are jeopardizing the well-being of our people in our Homeland. Although your quest for delay may be correct in terms of the federal government securing our borders properly, the continued hopes of inclusion of the Russian and China market should be abandoned immediately and concentration on better and more stringent security of our borders be made a priority.

Such calls for inclusion sends a negative overview of our homeland government by the United States federal government and members of U.S. Congress that truly we are being managed by a government who have no idea or knowledge of what they are asking for, to include an embarrassment. We are just a tiny island out in the Pacific and regardless whether we are thousands of miles away from the United States there knowledge of such activities are far more advanced and sophisticated compared to our homeland.
