Two SHRM scholarships available

The CNMI Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management will be awarding two $500 scholarships to eligible students in the CNMI.
The purpose of the scholarship is to develop professionals through encouraging higher education to ultimately build a pool of skilled employees to support the field of Human Resources for the CNMI.
This scholarship is also offered to all eligible employees who have means to improve their skills and to provide a pathway for career development and to encourage individuals to pursue a career Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management or in Business.
Scholarship applications are available for pick up at the Office of Personnel Management on Beach Road next to Lollipops in Garapan, and Marianas Health Services on Middle Road, Gualo Rai. All applications must be received by May 31, 2008.
