Waiter allegedly raped woman 4 times on Tinian

Police arrested Friday a 41-year-old waiter at the Tinian Dynasty Hotel and Casino who allegedly raped a woman four times, including once at knifepoint, and threatened to kill her and her husband.
Abu Yousuf was taken to Superior Court yesterday morning for a bail hearing on charges of sexual assault in the first degree, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, assault, theft, and disturbing the peace.
Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho imposed a $50,000 cash bail for Yousuf’s temporary release. Assistant public defender Matthew Meyer was appointed as Yousuf’s counsel.
Preliminary hearing will be on Dec. 31, 2013.
Police detective Shawn Lee SN. Borja stated in his report that the alleged victim and her husband came to the Department of Public Safety on Tinian last Tuesday, Dec. 17, to file a complaint against Yousuf.
Borja said that during the interview with a police officer, the alleged victim kept crying, saying she was scared for her life.
Borja said the investigation showed that the couple met Yousuf at a beach a few months ago. A few days later, Yousuf started calling the alleged victim on the phone, saying he can provide better for her.
The alleged victim told Yousuf to stop calling her because she is married already. Yousuf allegedly threatened to kill her husband if she refuses to talk to him.
One day, as her husband was at work, Yousuf, who was armed with a knife, allegedly entered her room, threatened to kill her if she makes any noise, tied her hands with a scarf, then at knifepoint raped her. Yousuf allegedly threatened to kill her and her husband if she tells anyone about it.
He also allegedly raped her three other times and that the last one was in November, just two days after her birthday.
Last Dec. 12 at 9am, Yousuf allegedly entered her room again, but she fought him off and she ran away. She sustained scratches on her face and neck.
One time, Yousuf allegedly told the alleged victim that he stole her dress and that he would tell her husband that they’re having an affair so he would leave her and he could marry her.
