Boy fell off Tinian Dynasty Hotel

A 17-year old boy fell off the third floor of the Tinian Dynasty Hotel and Casino on Monday, according to officials of the Department of Public Safety.

DPS Tinian said the incident happened on Jan. 17, 2000 at around 3:01 am. Based on the police report, the boy climbed over the railing of the third floor to retrieve his cigarette which dropped into the flowerpot on the second floor. He then slipped and fell to the ground.

The boy was immediately transferred to the Commonwealth Health Center’s Intensive Care Unit from the Tinian Health Center.

Man arrested

Police arrested 21-year old Joaquin P. Saralu after he allegedly struck a 17-year old female with a baseball bat in Chalan Kanoa. The victim was brought to the hospital for treatment and later on released.
