The street market continues, and it continues to need your assistance. We need to dispel the rumor that we were only in action for the holiday season. There is a commitment from the CNMI government, starting with Gov. Pedro Tenorio and the Marianas Visitors Authority to maintain the drug and alcohol-free and family-oriented market.

Here are the entertainment schedule for tomorrow:

Main stage Pennina Ole Vasa

Maggie Naputi & Larson

Rear Stage Talaabwog Women Stick Dancers

Isa Dancers

Grace to Grace Theater Group

Stand by Boyz to Mix

Space is still available for vendors and artists to display and sell their merchandise and art works. Fishermen and farmers are encouraged to participate.

Space applications are available at MVA’s main office, the Arts Council, and the Office of Carolinian Affairs.

For more information, contact MVA’s Martin Duenas at 664-3200. Entertainers should contact Angel Hocog of the Arts Council at 322-9982.
