MVA now accepts bids for tourist site vendor permit

The Marianas Visitors Authority, in accordance with Public Law 11-15, is pleased to announce that there is a slot for a motorized/non-motorized beach vendor permit available for bidding at the Saipan Grand Hotel beach site.
This bid is for the existing calendar year 2000 and has a $200.00 minimum bid as well as a one time $200.00 application processing fee.
Bids should be sealed and hand delivered to the Marianas Visitors Authority office located in San Jose by 4:00 p.m. April 21, 2000.
The following should be submitted along with the sealed bid:
• Business license;
• List of all employees;
• Employer’s employee’s police clearance;
• Driver’s license (copy);
• Registration copy of boats, and any other registered equipment that you intend to use;
• MVA Third Party Liability Insurance Coverage Form;
• Any other permits or documents required by law to operate a business; and
• For motorized marine vehicles (jet ski, banana boat), a permit from CRM is required.
Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
