Mettao is RGA June Ace

Determined to win the Ace of the Month, Joe Mettao came back after tying last month’s qualifying score with a net 68, only this time with a score of net 66 to set the qualifying score for the June Ace of the Month.
Joe Demapan’s gross score of 78 and a 10 handicap netted him a score 68 for second place.

The officers of the Refaluwasch Golf Association extends appreciation to members for supporting the fundraiser for the Man Amko’ or the Aging Program. The fund drive raised over $300.

RGA informs its membership and the golfing community that the Pacific Islands Bilingual Bicultural Association (PIBBA) will hold a benefit golf tournament on Saturday, June 10, 2000 at the Mariana Country Club.

Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and tee time is 7:00 a.m. The proceeds will go to benefit the local PIBBA Chapter which will host the 2000 PIBBA Conference. Participants from all over the Pacific and the U.S. will travel to the CNMI for this annual event.

Registration fee is $125 and is open for 40 players.
