Did you enjoy the Sunday salon at the museum? Did the production of “Days of Wines and Roses”, “Steel Magnolia’s”, or “The Boys and Girls Next Door” strike a familiar cord for you or someone you know? Do you listen to the story hour on KRNM on Saturday mornings? Was the Christmas season a little warmer after attending the Christmas Chorale?

If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, perhaps you would enjoy joining the Friends of the Arts and contributing your ideas and talents to the coming activities.

On Sunday, June 25th, at 5:30 p.m., the Friends will be holding its annual membership meeting and election of the Board of Directors. The meeting will be held at the Pacific Gardenia Beach Club and is open to everybody who is interested in participating in any activities of the Friends, including theater, both radio and stage, music of all kinds and any other form of artistic expression.

Admission to the meeting will be $20 for adults and $25 for family. The price includes the annual dues, a light buffet dinner and musical interludes featuring some of the numbers from our next production “South Pacific”. Potluck contributions will be welcome.

For further information, call Susan Fishman at 235-8500 or Sam McPhetres at 233-3339.
